Cassandra was wonderful explaining all options available for an anniversary ring. She patiently presented rings and options to build the perfect ring. Ultimately, I purchased a beautiful east to west white gold halo setting and chose my specific aquamarine oval stone. Segal's was extremely helpful, courteous and surprisingly the ring was completed in two days! The ring exceeded is the perfect anniversary ring for us.

Trying to find a reputable jeweler can be a daunting task. With having a specific purpose in mind, I felt it was essential to read all reviews and understand how others felt in their choice of a jeweler. I had a couple pieces of jewelry that belonged to my late mother and didn’t want them to end up in the wrong hands for an appraisal. Well, my search is finally over! The owner and staff there are professional, friendly, and handled things in a manner that made me comfortable. Segal & Co have a top of the line computer system running a great computer program that did everything from taking pictures, entering a description, adding the cost of the appraisal per piece, and printing out claim tickets, etc. This was impressive!!!! They even placed a follow up call to me to provide me with an update! The staff are friendly and accommodating as well! I can honestly say they now have a loyal customer in me! So, if anyone out there is looking for the best jeweler, go here!!!!

The staff, including the owner were extremely professional. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I wanted a pair of earrings that were no longer in stock. They reordered them and I received them within a few days. I’m extremely satisfied and look forward to doing more business with them.

I had a matter where the ring was sized perfectly, shined up and beautified but I had to learn a lesson with the engraving inside being messed up a bit. It was a miscommunication but as humans, it happens. I was at first displeased but I heard from the CEO directly and they made it right. Excellent service and communication. Satisfying their customers really is a priority. I was stunned at the turnaround of events and the outcome. I now want to honestly go back to see what else they have to offer.

Segal and Company fixed my mothers ring and made it look BRAND NEW!! Gave it a good cleaning brand new prongs to hold my stone and even resized it for me as well. The lady in the front is the sweetest and made me feel so special and the manager is very nice as well. They both knew that it was very important to me have my mothers ring that’s been in the family for years fixed; I took it in Monday and said on Friday it would be ready but called the next day saying it was ready for pick up. 10/10 recommend and great pricing as well.

I visited this store to obtain an appraisal on an item.The staff here is very professional and treated me with the utmost respect. Their honesty was very welcome in a world in which this trait appears to be an option. Knowing these people are trained and certified as gemologists is a huge relief.

Dropped my engagement ring off to be resized yesterday, figured it would take a few days to a week for it. They called me today and said that it was ready! I was so happy, and my ring looks good as new. Will be back to shop for my wedding band for sure!

Very friendly and nice staff. Took care of me promptly when I walked into the store(Christmas eve). Owner performed maintenance on a high end watch for me right there so I could have it in time for the holidays. I will be returning to this jeweler for further business shortly.
